HOW TO CHEW
Dissolve a single portion of the preparation - 3.5 g (0.5 scoops) in 250-300 ml
using a shaker.
Use 2 servings per day.
On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 min. Before
or 1 serving immediately after the workout.
On non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between
meals or 1 serving before bedtime.
