BOMEGALIN-3-6-9 is high in unsaturated fat, which includes polyunsaturated fats of the omega-3 and omega-6 families as well as monounsaturated fats of the omega-9 family. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids belong to the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) which are not synthesized by our body, hence they need to be ingested with a diet. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels [MUFA and PUFA are unsaturated fats]. EFAs are needed for normal growth and development of children.** BIOMEGALIN 3-6-9 is also high in polyunsaturated fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids. INTENDED USE: product supplements diet in omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) and omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids. It is recommended for people wanting to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, for the elderly, for people studying intensely and engaged in intense physical activity. It is also recommended for schoolchildren because of the beneficial effect EFAs have on their growth and development.
RECOMMENDED USE: adults and children aged 6 or more – 2 capsules a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Maintaining normal health requires a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
